About the role
- Be the voice of Figured and a core connection point for customers, helping them maximise the value they get from the platform.
- Onboard and educate new customers, guiding them through their Figured journey for a smooth and successful start.
- Work closely with Support and Product teams to efficiently resolve customer challenges and escalate key insights.
- Identify opportunities for customers to better use Figured, driving higher engagement and renewals.
- Rapidly master the Figured platform and the farming industry to become a product expert.
- Collaborate within a tight-knit Customer Success team and participate in mentorship and professional development.
Requirements
- You must have graduated within the last 18 months.
- Hold a degree in a relevant field (Accounting & Finance; Business & Commerce; Computer Science or Information Technology; Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about the Ag-Tech sector.
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- No prior work experience required.
