About the role

  • Farmers face uncertainty and stress due to a lack of financial clarity, control, support, and expertise; Figured offers peace of mind with a financial management platform tailored for agriculture, enabling farmers and advisors to collaborate effectively.
  • Elevate your sales game utilising the Challenger Sales methodology.
  • Advocate for your market, work in partnership with the wider Figured teams to solve market challenges, drive product improvement and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Growth NZ on key deals and execution of market strategy.
  • Maintain a proactive hands-on approach to generating sales leads and developing a sales pipeline.
  • Develop close working relationships with key partnerships such as Xero.
  • Figured provides real-time insights and AI to drive farm productivity and profitability and partners with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks Online; offers a progressive, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with the Challenger sales methodology - if you know, you know
  • For enterprise and mid-market solution sales, you must be seasoned in B2B tech sales, preferably SaaS.
  • Expertise in qualifying sales opportunities and generating a strong pipeline.
  • Understanding of a long-term sales cycle, with an ability to demonstrate, coach, and mentor a client into a sale.
