Promote Veeva’s consent product to healthcare professionals across an assigned territory in New Zealand.
Build strong business plans to ensure delivery on project plans to collect consent from HCPs.
Deliver in-person and virtual presentations to educate healthcare professionals on the product.
Achieve targets by effectively managing a territory, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing strategic sales plans.
Maintain and build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals to enhance brand loyalty.
Analyze market data to identify key opportunities and challenges within your territory.
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet targets, ensuring all activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policy.
Ensure all activities are compliant with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and company policies.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and expense reports.
Identify roadblocks and challenges in the consent collection process and develop solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and success rate of HCP consent collection.
Travel regionally for meetings and consent collection as required.
Full-time 12-18 month contract position.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a medical sales representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or sales FMCG industry.
Strong communication, selling skills and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for regional areas and team meetings.
Proactive, performance-driven, competitive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of the New Zealand healthcare landscape.
Previous pharma experience (nice to have).
Previous sales experience (nice to have).
Business degree (nice to have).
Familiarity with pharma compliance and consent practices (nice to have).
