Drive strategic development and operational management of national distributors and field enablement to meet business needs and goals.
Act as on-ground brand custodian, managing impactful activations and rural engagement to promote the Sun King brand.
Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively manage Master Distributor performance.
Manage market expansion efforts, ensuring maximum coverage within established deadlines.
Identify and secure new districts, geographies, and partners for strategic growth.
Monitor and review quarterly Distributor performance, conduct business review meetings and integrate feedback into planning.
Identify market opportunities, develop strategic market plans, and conduct product assessments to enhance brand awareness.
Initiate and manage projects to foster business growth and operational efficiency, adapting to evolving market conditions.
Report to Business Head, Asia Pacific, and Latin America and collaborate with Partnerships Sales team to establish long-term partnerships across the region.
Requirements
At least 4 years’ experience in driving sales and trade marketing in retail channels(FMCG preferred- Electrical/ Solar/ Lighting/ FMCD Candidates can also apply);
Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with negotiation and persuasion and external stakeholders
Great passion in sales with strong Initiative and ownership skills
