About the role
- Develop and execute a regional business development strategy aligned with corporate objectives to drive brand performance across the region.
- Create and lead tailored business plans for each market, identifying key growth levers, commercial opportunities, and local challenges.
- Own and track commercial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on sales KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Select, onboard, and manage high-performing distribution partners and key accounts, ensuring excellence in execution and brand representation.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and sell-out performance to adjust strategies and optimize brand positioning.
- Partner with Global and Regional Marketing teams to localize brand campaigns, launches, and go-to-market plans, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact.
- Provide strategic and operational support to partners, including training, trade tools, merchandising guidance, and promotional planning.
- Lead regular market visits and business reviews with distributors and retail partners; actively represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and forums.
- Ensure compliance with all local legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements across markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international sales, key account management, or business development in the beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of driving commercial success in international markets, especially strong distributor management and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of the local languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
