About the role
- Lead our Strategic Segment for North America
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings with our largest and most strategic customers
- Attract and retain top talent across the team
- Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives
- Establish the strategy for the continued growth across our most strategic segment
- Lead a team of Account Executives responsible for the engagement, expansion and retention of our rapidly growing customer base
- Collaborate closely with Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community
- Report to the VP of Enterprise and Strategic Sales
- Operate within a fast-growing sales organization and drive revenue and customer experience improvements
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in sales
- 3+ years of experience in management
- Prior experience leading both managers and Strategic Account Executives
- Demonstrated experience leading and building successful, collaborative, and hard-working sales teams
- A proven track record of leading Sales teams to consistently meet and exceed goals
- Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
- 1+ years of experience in second line leadership within a B2B SaaS company (added plus)
- Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company (added plus)
- Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience (added plus)
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment (added plus)
- Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology (added plus)
