About the role
- Make UI more compact, intuitive, and efficient for mechanics on the factory floor ("mechanic-proof" design)
- Product management: define functionality, edge cases, and detailed specifications to align team implementation
- Optimize application workflows by identifying and eliminating friction
- Create innovative promotion ideas to showcase application features and benefits
- Role starts at 10-100 hours/month, scalable based on performance and responsibilities
Requirements
- Enthusiast to provide specifications with your work
- Capable to split complex design down to small chunks of Jira tickets and self contained scopes
- UI/UX designer with a killer portfolio showcasing problem-solving and user-centric design
- Pro with Figma or your design weapon of choice
- Self-starter who can run with a brief
- Not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
- Great communicator who can articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively
- Experience in B2B/SaaS is a huge plus
