About the role
- Design compact, intuitive, and efficient UI for core factory-floor users (mechanic-proof design)
- Product management including functionality, edge cases, and detailed specifications
- Optimize application workflows to remove friction and improve user experience
- Create innovative promotional ideas to showcase application features and benefits
- Translate complex designs into Jira tickets and self-contained development scopes
- Collaborate with the team to ensure common understanding and implementation of design vision
Requirements
- Enthusiast to provide specifications with your work
- Capable to split complex design down to small chunks of Jira tickets and self contained scopes
- UI/UX designer with a portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and user-centric design approach
- Pro with Figma or other design tool of choice
- Self-starter able to run with a brief
- Comfortable asking questions and challenging the status quo
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in B2B/SaaS is a huge plus
