About the role
- Lead our Strategic Segment for North America
- Lead a team of Account Executives responsible for continuing the growth of our Enterprise products
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings with our largest and most strategic customers
- Consult with existing customers and potential customers to drive meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue
- Attract and retain top talent across the team
- Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives
- Establish the strategy for the continued growth across our most strategic segment
- Collaborate closely with Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community
- Report directly to the VP of Enterprise and Strategic Sales, North America
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS)
- 2+ years of management experience
- Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
- Exceptional coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
- Excitement for increasing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships
- Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales team
- Requirement to keep camera on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding (application/hiring process requirement)
