• Develop playbooks: Capture learnings and best practices to continuously refine Fieldguide’s enterprise and global sales processes.
• Represent Fieldguide globally: Attend key industry conferences and networking events to strengthen our global presence and open new opportunities.
• Travel up to 30% expected.

Strategic Account Executive

Support Engineer

• Take end-to-end ownership of customer support cases, prioritizing effectively and delivering clear, actionable solutions over email and via screen shares.
• Investigate error messages and unexpected behavior, identifying root causes and sharing precise technical fixes that unblock customers.
• Perform configuration and environment tuning to align customer setups with platform best practices and client requirements.
• Build expertise in your SME domains, steadily deepening knowledge of advanced product capabilities.
• Employ technical utilities such as session replay, log review, browser developer tools, and API clients like Postman for deep-dive troubleshooting.
• Partner with Product and Support to create and maintain Knowledge Base content that benefits customers and supports AI enablement.
• Join daily standups to review active tickets, align on priorities, and collaborate on solutions with support teammates.
• Monitor and contribute to internal Slack threads, assisting cross-functional teams on complex issues and sharing insights from your SME areas.

Technical Support Engineer

• Design, build, and ship agentic systems that automate and augment complex audit workflows
• Translate customer problems into concrete agent behaviors and workflows
• Integrate and orchestrate LLMs, tools, retrieval systems, and logic into cohesive, reliable agent experiences
• Own agents in production, including performance and observability
• Use AI as core leverage in how you design, build, test, and iterate
• Prototype quickly to resolve uncertainty, then harden systems for enterprise-grade reliability
• Build evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and guardrails so agents improve over time
• Design prompts, retrieval pipelines, and agent orchestration systems that perform reliably at scale
• Make tradeoffs about what to build, what to cut, and what not to build at all
• Partner closely with Product and Design to define agent capabilities that drive real customer outcomes

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents that increase efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across each stage of the audit lifecycle from planning and risk assessment to audit execution and reporting.
• In the role, you’ll bring a fresh, AI-native mindset to solving long-standing industry challenges, while building interactively with audit practitioners at the world’s largest firms.
• Be extremely customer centric. Understand customer needs, then define and ship zero-to-one features and enhance and scale one-to-n features
• Shape the product roadmap: Work with engineering and product development teams to quickly define, ship, and deliver impact with new features
• Partner with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback, communicate product strategy, and drive the introduction and adoption of product features
