About the role
- Lead a team of implementation professionals, technical delivery, and change management to ensure client satisfaction and maximize product value.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of implementation professionals; provide mentorship and guidance.
- Work hands-on with customers and technology to design, build, and implement solutions that ensure successful adoption and measurable business impact.
- Develop and execute effective change management strategies; collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; proactively address client concerns and identify opportunities for product enhancements and growth.
- Manage complex implementation projects from start to finish; develop and execute comprehensive project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results.
- Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Deep understanding of change management principles and best practices.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with industry-standard implementation tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
