Requirements
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AmpScript, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey building and Distributed Marketing
- Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM or CRMs data
- Ability to understand system architecture and platform capabilities
- Develop and maintain dynamic email content
- Audit and perform quality assurance on electronic communications
- Support and monitor email communications in production and troubleshoot technical issues
- Test, optimize and debug email content for deliverability and rendering
- Ability to analyze problems and devise practical solutions
- Ability to effectively collaborate across the Marketing team and with business partners
