The associate manages a team of 20+ non-exempt, Series 7/66 registered Multi-Product Specialists.
Participate in onboarding of vendor leaders.
Facilitate ongoing calibration sessions with vendor leaders and support staff to ensure consistency between vendor and LOB.
Provide peer mentoring and coaching of vendor supervisors to help facilitate leadership skills, knowledge, risk mitigation, and performance delivery.
Responsible for proactive vendor associate proficiency inspection and reporting, leveraged to close proficiency gaps.
Requirements
Experienced manager within Consumer Investments with deep knowledge of Merrill functions, leadership techniques, and have successfully led teams for performance.
Licenses 7,66 or 63, 9, 10
