About the role
- Analyze existing processes and propose solutions that improve operations across TSA vetting programs
- Manage the planning, development, and implementation of mission-critical initiatives from concept to execution
- Draft, review, and update legal, regulatory, and policy documents
- Build relationships across functional teams and external stakeholders
- Define clear success metrics and monitor progress
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to generate actionable insights
- Create and refine data visualization products and performance reports
Requirements
- Active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business process-related roles
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation
- Self-starter who works well independently and in teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Familiarity with project management tools and best practices
- Understanding of policy and regulatory development processes
- Experience managing and engaging stakeholders at various levels
- Certifications in process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Lean Certification) desired
