Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead development of enterprise-wide costing, inventory accounting, and procurement finance standards
• Design and implement consistent standard costing and inventory valuation methodologies
• Ensure BOM accuracy and inventory valuation consistency across locations
• Act as Finance lead for Microsoft Business Central ERP rollout, owning configuration design and master data integrity
• Provide authoritative guidance on technical accounting issues and ensure audit readiness
• Develop and maintain corporate finance policies and procedures aligned with audit standards
• Collaborate with Procurement to assess raw material costing, tariffs, and supplier contracts to support negotiations
• Serve as a resource and coach for site Controllers and drive SKU-level costing visibility to strengthen profitability analysis
• Report directly to the Vice President of Commercial & Operations Finance and partner with Operations, Procurement, and Commercial Finance teams
