About the role
- Lead and manage a team of six Sales Recovery Agents focused on Rehash, Cancel-Save, and Virtual Sales campaigns
- Drive revenue recovery by re-engaging lost sales opportunities and salvaging cancellations
- Coach agents from the trenches and develop their skills
- Curate lead lists and manage lead curation and reporting in Lead Perfection
- Supervise call operations in Five9 using all outreach tools (SMS, text, chat, email, rotating caller IDs)
- Train team on negotiation strategies and maintain profitability
- Set qualified virtual leads for the virtual sales team
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and develop countermeasures for performance issues
- Ensure compliance with TCPA/DNC/TRACED ACT and internal standards
- Serve as liaison to Direct Sales Management and collaborate with Senior Sales Support
- Manage daily operations and provide backup support during peak demand or absences
- Contribute to playbook development and dashboard reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a contact center or inside sales environment
- Deep familiarity with LeadPerfection and Five9 platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership abilities
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on value-based selling and profitability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive revenue targets
