💰 $160,000 - $190,000 per year
About the role
- Lead the design and problem solving for net-new product experiences and feature improvements across our platform
- Partner with your team of seasoned designers to strengthen your solutions, optimize your process, and learn new patterns (e.g. run/build time AI applications, prompt design, etc.)
- Pivot gracefully between high-level thinking and hands-on delivery as conditions evolve, demonstrating flexibility without compromising quality
- Rally around complex user problems by deeply collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and team leads at our in-person workshops
- Get your team excited about your approach by quickly producing and iterating on prototypes and mockups.
- Continuously raise the bar for design and our process, by giving feedback and suggesting strong alternatives
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Design experience, preferably at fast-paced startups
- At least 1+ years shipping B2B SaaS products
- Experience navigating complex projects end to end, from vision to ship
- Strong knowledge and experience with user-centered design processes
- Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to travel 6-8 weeks a year
- Bonus Points for: Experience in FinTech/InsurTech; Experience building design systems and managing UI pattern libraries
