Role: Own design strategy and execution for complex product areas from exploration to production-ready work.
Lead strategic design initiatives spanning multiple surfaces, teams, and systems.
Understand user needs, constraints, and workflows and turn insights into flows, frameworks, and patterns.
Partner closely with Engineering, Product and GTM teams to drive decisions and scale design.
Raise the quality bar via contribution, design reviews, mentorship, and standards for craft.
Help shape Payrails design system, process, and culture as company grows.
