Marketing

• Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs that align to sales goals and influence decision makers across the buyer’s journey. They will oversee account selection, account research and planning, as well as orchestration across multiple marketing channels (like email, website, personalized advertising, intent data and events).
• Define buyer personas within accounts, crafting messages that align to persona challenges and expected business outcomes.
• Coach and align stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to execute on integrated account activation plans.
• Partner with content teams to provide campaign customization and tailored thought leadership.
• Monitor key performance indicators for ABM programs across multiple tactics and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of prospecting and marketing tactics.

• Help define and evolve the operational direction of our implementation model as product and customer patterns evolve.
• Serve as an escalation and resolution point for your leaders and book of business.
• Directly manage Managers of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Technical Program Managers (TPMs), coaching performance, delegation, and conflict resolution while developing the next generation of delivery leadership.
• Ensure clarity of ownership across pods, strengthen onboarding and enablement for FDE leaders, and create structure that enables managers and engineers to operate independently.
• Build for current and future state profiles, partnering on headcount planning and resourcing tradeoffs while balancing customer commitments with sustainable capacity.
• Tie delivery performance to utilization and renewal readiness, using data to inform tradeoffs and improve decision quality.
• Act as connective tissue across GTM, Product, and Engineering, translating field patterns into actionable insights, and aligning delivery narratives with executive stakeholders.

• Manage a team of Data Engineers and Data Analytics Engineers owning our data infrastructure, including our medallion layers, data pipelines, and collaborating closely with MLEs on LLM Operations and agentic products.
• Navigate ambiguity, driving innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development in cross-functional teams
• Partner with function leads and senior leadership to align growth paths, performance expectations, and strategic goals with technical excellence standards.
