• Advising and supporting managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Payroll

• Part of a four-person team, preparing the monthly payroll for all areas of the club as well as its subsidiaries.
• Serve as a point of contact for managers, employees, authorities and institutions on wage tax and social security matters.
• Support and advise the S04 companies on wage tax-related issues.
• Prepare reports and statistics for the Board, HR, Financial Accounting and Controlling.
• Assist with external audits, such as wage tax audits and social security audits.
• Support semi-annual and annual closing tasks and participate in the monthly account reconciliations.

Events

• You prepare conferences, corporate events and weddings
• You coordinate on-site arrangements with clients and liaise across departments with the catering teams
• You set up the mise en place for each event
• You run events and coordinate support provided by temporary staff
• You handle post-event follow-up and prepare beverage consumption reports for invoicing
• You prepare hospitality areas for match days and concerts
• You train and supervise temporary staff in service standards and attend to guests on match days
• You are a competent point of contact for customers and colleagues and ensure compliance with HACCP standards

Manager

• You develop the action plan for social sustainability and CSR and implement it to achieve the strategic objectives.
• You design, manage and deliver social projects for various target groups, in particular under the umbrella of the Schalke hilft! Foundation.
• You strategically further develop the Schalke hilft! Foundation, for example in areas such as project portfolio, partnerships and fundraising.
• You plan and organize matchday and event days (e.g., volunteering, diversity, inclusion).
• You prepare and implement the social licensing requirements of the DFL sustainability guidelines.
• You maintain networks, act as a representative of the club and represent the organization through presentations and professional contributions.

IT Specialist – System Integration

Supply Chain

• Aufbau, Pflege und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Lieferantenportfolios in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement.
• Bewertung, Auditierung und Klassifizierung von Lieferanten sowie Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten.
• Überwachung der Lieferantenperformance anhand relevanter KPIs, Auswertung und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen.
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Reportings zur Leistungs- und Qualitätsentwicklung der Lieferanten.

• Support the legal department in all legal matters relating to civil law
