About the role

  • Support the legal department in all legal matters relating to civil law
  • Contribute to the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts from various areas of law
  • Conduct legal research across all relevant legal fields and prepare the results in a clear and understandable manner
  • Work closely with the club's various internal departments and stakeholders
  • Monitor developments in sports law and analyze federation/association regulations
  • Track current case law and derive relevant recommendations for action for the club
  • Help to further develop and secure legal processes and standards within the club

Requirements

  • Above-average result in the First State Examination in Law (erstes juristisches Staatsexamen)
  • Ability to present complex issues clearly and understandably
  • Confident command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong interest in the specific legal issues and framework conditions of professional sports
  • Proficient with common IT systems, in particular MS Office, and electronic legal databases
  • Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
  • Commitment to continuously develop your legal expertise
