About the role
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Operational responsibility for the HR team in day-to-day activities.
- Independently conducting job evaluations and classifications.
- Maintaining, implementing and continuously optimizing the existing compensation system.
- Working confidentially with the works council on personnel measures and compensation.
- Prioritizing HR tasks and ensuring critical deadlines are met.
- Implementing legal requirements such as vacation forfeiture rules or minimum wage increases.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in modern HR operations with demonstrable achievements.
- Solid knowledge of job evaluation methods and experience working with a works council.
- Empathy, strong communication skills and leadership ability.
- High social competence, independent and structured working style, and strong organizational skills.
- Confident user of standard MS Office applications.
