Account Executive

• End-to-end accounting and finance operations, including full set of accounts
• Month-end and year-end closing, audit and tax coordination
• Treasury management and client relationship management
• Supervision of junior staff and assisting in identifying added work scope and possible increase in fees
• Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction & retention
• Effective reporting and consultation with Senior Management
• Coordination & communication with other divisions
• Timely preparation of full set of accounts and related accounts schedule
• Preparation of audit and tax schedules for year end finalization
• Liaising with clients, external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
• Monitoring and updating clients cash flow/trust accounts
• Prompt billing of services rendered and follow up on accounts receivables/overdue accounts
• Acknowledge receipt of clients request/queries/correspondences within 24 hours
• Supervision of a team of junior staff

• Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, financial administration, client invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate financial records, including client invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly prepayment journals, accruals, and other journals as required
• Perform daily bank reconciliations
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant requirements
• Maintain internal systems in line with company policies and procedures
• Support office operations and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day running
• Respond to accounting and finance-related queries
• Participate in planning activities and contribute to policy and procedure development within the role scope
• Work closely with team members to support continuous improvement and business objectives
• Manage daily workload effectively to meet deadlines and maintain productivity

• Act as the named Company Secretary for assigned client companies
• Sign and lodge statutory documents in accordance with the Companies Act 2016
• Advise directors and clients on statutory and regulatory matters
• Prepare and review resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings
• Ensure timely compliance with SSM and regulatory requirements
• Manage client portfolios independently
• Provide guidance to junior secretarial staff when required
