Account Manager

• Manage a group of boutiques through sound business management and strategic planning, turning knowledge into focused action
• Proactively seek, maintain and update knowledge on each boutique’s status, seasonal & future plans to assess full online potential and identify growth opportunities
• Unlock selection from partner community through tailored commercial deals, incentives, and operational solutions
• Manage offline/online sales against product deliveries and commercial performance expectations, working closely with merchandising and the wider commercial team
• Negotiate and plan markdowns with boutiques and ensure adherence to promotional activities; review daily/weekly/monthly boutique performance and Farfetch profitability
• Conduct regular business reviews internally and with boutiques
• Work with Business Development and Partner Implementation to onboard new boutiques or location expansions, ensuring boutique is online with the right stock quality/quantity in a short time frame
• Ensure excellent service and follow up is given to both partners and final customers, working closely with Partner Service, Production, and Operations to drive all service KPIs and ensure business needs are met

• Improve, support and expand the online performance and sales of wholesale boutique partners worldwide
• Establish trusting bonds with boutiques and collaborate with the wider commercial team globally to meet business objectives
• Manage small and medium business boutiques via strategic planning, outbounds and turning knowledge into focused actions
• Engage and maintain boutique participation in the partnership and generate profitable results
• Review monthly boutique performance and Farfetch profitability and conduct regular business reviews internally and with boutiques
• Onboard new boutiques commercially and supervise operational setup and implementation through Partner Services to ensure correct stock quality/quantity and timely onboarding
• Ensure excellent service and follow-up for partners and final customers, working closely with Partner Services and other teams to drive service KPIs

• Own the roadmap for Purchase & Partner Integrations, driving initiatives that improve both customer conversion and partner efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to define and deliver scalable solutions that balance customer experience, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to capture, prioritize, and translate customer and partner needs into impactful product initiatives.
• Lead improvements to the purchase journey (checkout, payments, order, post-purchase) with a strong focus on trust, clarity, and conversion.
• Build and evolve platform capabilities that simplify integrations with partners, from APIs to fintech solutions, enabling faster onboarding and richer assortments.
• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and use data-driven insights and experiments to inform decisions and continuously iterate.
• Drive go-to-market planning and execution, ensuring internal alignment and creating the right conditions for adoption and impact.
• Stay ahead of trends in fintech, marketplaces, and platform products, incorporating innovation into the product vision.
• Report to the Head of Product and collaborate across teams to shape purchase and partner selling experiences.

Brand Manager

• Source products through the global Fashion Concierge network in response to ‘pull’ requests received from Farfetch Private Client Stylists, ensuring that all enquiries are handled within our agreed SLAs;
• Support direct to client offers by engaging our network to proactively offer stock through our ‘Discovery’ tool and D2C edits;
• Build and grow professional relationships to build commissioned partnerships with luxury brands and multi-brand retailers. Analyse results to drive growth in your portfolio of core luxury brands;
• Drive internal and external customer engagement with the Fashion Concierge app;
• Support our Private Client Stylists by curating edits of immediately available products to share with their clients;
• Using the relevant systems analysing key data and KPI metrics to understand trade trends & results. Feedback findings & results to the wider Fashion Concierge team and other key stakeholders;
• Contribute to medium- and long-term planning through participation in focus groups, team meetings and other ad-hoc projects as required;
• Work with Private Client Stylists & Managers to identify sales opportunities for key clients, or groups of clients;
• Produce edits and lookbooks to support core brand sales and high value category sales.

• Manage communication with stakeholders to guarantee strategic agreement, coordinate product evolution, and manage expectations
• Play a crucial role during the lifecycle of product development - pre-impact analysis, deployment, and post-deployment activities - by identifying problems that arise, outlining options, and recommending solutions, while managing the creation and maintenance of the Flex Roadmaps for your products within the Pricing area
• Build products that balance competitiveness and profitability; be aware of the company strategy in order to guarantee its successful implementation.
• Rely on data-driven techniques to present and secure approval from senior management and/or other stakeholders. Champion the needs of our teams and partners throughout the development process, ensure that what is delivered meets the original goals;
• Work with the engineering team during the product life cycle where you will be capable of managing and launching work items. In parallel, create a network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise;
• Promote a positive working environment through proper listening, speaking, and creating empathy with people beyond the boundaries of their working group and you’ll be an ambassador of our values.
