About the role

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sector projects.
  • Drive sales of smart pedestrian gates, ensuring solutions align with customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, integrators, contractors, consultants, and end clients.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations, technical consultations, and live demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to guide strategy.
  • Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Work closely with technical, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Travel extensively across the Middle East to meet customers, attend trade shows, and oversee project delivery.
