• Prendere in carico le richieste di materiali service ed elaborarle tramite SAP e Portale gestione impianti service in allineamento ai gestori contratto cliente
• Monitorare la merce in entrata ed in uscita, caricando e scaricando i magazzini service e viaggianti e curando la rotazione di magazzino tramite SAP
• Movimentare i materiali con trans pallet manuali, imballare e sballare la merce in partenza ed in arrivo
• Verificare il materiale in rientro dai tecnici operativi, suddividendo scarti da merce potenzialmente ricondizionabile
• Effettuare inventari periodici di verifica
• Riapprovvigionare i magazzini service e viaggianti emettendo i documenti necessari per la tenuta contabile
• Verificare disponibilità merce su magazzini service e viaggianti e gestire gli ordini di acquisto
• Monitorare con i fornitori la data di arrivo materiale presso magazzino
• Gestire etichettatura e locazione del materiale a scaffale
• Assicurare la risoluzione di resi e non conformità logistiche e gestire ritardi di consegna
• Gestire logistica spedizioni e organizzare ritiri materiale con corriere o presso fornitori, emettendo documenti di trasporto
