About the role
- Own product strategy and roadmap for MDR, EDR, and Incident Response, aligning with product vision and company OKRs.
- Drive product discovery to understand customer needs and translate them into product opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver outcomes.
- Define and execute Go-To-Market plans with Product Marketing and run product launches.
- Manage external partner and supplier relationships with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers.
- Improve internal processes, tooling, and product culture to scale the business sustainably.
- Use agile methodologies and data-driven decision making to measure performance and iterate.
- Stay current with cybersecurity trends and drive innovation.
- Report to the Director of Product Delivery as a senior individual contributor.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role owning end-to-end delivery of software products.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software products using product discovery and OKRs.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, especially Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and Incident Response (IR).
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional SaaS environments (Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom (application asks if authorized to work in the role location).
