About the role
- Coordinate and execute small to mid-scale internal and client events
- Facilitate Small Meeting Technologies (SMTs) for off-site events
- Partner with meeting sponsors to understand event requirements
- Deliver meetings and events that optimize budget and objectives
- Utilize Event Coordinator tools to enhance stakeholder experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Certified Meeting Professional certification (ideally)
- Knowledge of events and event software
- Strong customer service focus
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
