About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
- Coordinate and improve the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Support performance management processes, including reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist or specialist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Experience with handling people issues.
- Experience with recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar (preferred).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and payroll systems (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
- Annual bonus based on performance, up to 15% of annual salary
