About the role
- Serve as a key member of the People team managing day-to-day administration of core HR processes.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, 401(k), immigration, HRIS/ADP systems, and employee lifecycle management.
- Combine operational execution and excellence with systems expertise and project management.
- Optimize HR processes for scalability and compliance in a fast-growing global organization.
- Build efficient, compliant, and employee-friendly processes across various HR systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of directly applicable HR operations experience in a mid- to large-sized global organization.
- Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (implementation, reporting, workflows, integrations).
- Proven experience with payroll and benefits administration (U.S. focus; global exposure required – APAC exposure preferred).
- Familiarity with 401(k) administration and compliance.
- Experience supporting immigration case management (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.).
- High attention to detail, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HR system implementation or optimization projects.
- Able to deal with a degree of ambiguity in a high growth environment
