About the role

  • Support the day-to-day administration of people systems and programs across HR operations, recruiting, and learning & development
  • Ensure that data is clean, systems talk to each other, and people processes run smoothly
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Lever)
  • Support offer and onboarding processes
  • Build hiring manager reports and dashboards
  • Manage learning management system (LMS) administration
  • Track recruiting metrics and help prepare monthly dashboards and reports
  • Participate in cross-team projects such as engagement surveys, systems integrations, or compliance initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional HR, recruiting, or HR systems experience
  • Tech-comfortable (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to deal with a degree of ambiguity in a high growth environment
  • Team player with a service mindset and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
