• Serve as the primary functional and technical AP expert for complex automation and transformation programs.
• Lead AP solution design workshops, translating business needs into optimized process and system solutions.
• Provide guidance on workflow design, invoice coding logic, compliance controls, and automation strategies.
• Review configurations, integrations, and workflows for accuracy, scalability, and alignment with best practices.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live optimization, providing root cause analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on AP process standards, design principles, and solution governance.
• Act as an escalation point for AP-related functional and configuration challenges.
• Partner with Extropy’s Project Managers to ensure project success, milestone delivery, and client alignment.

• Maintain strategic oversight of timelines, scope, risks, and quality gates, while delegating administrative tracking to the PM team.

• Provide directional guidance to internal PMs on risk prioritization, escalation management, and stakeholder communications.

• Define solution frameworks, governance models, and standardization approaches across clients.
• Serve as final escalation point for design, workflow, and configuration issues.
• Align Extropy’s AP delivery practices with industry benchmarks and innovation trends.
• Partner with clients to shape their automation roadmaps and value realization goals.
• Collaborate with the PMO to define portfolio-level governance structures.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and sponsor-level updates.
• Assess project health and delivery maturity across pods; provide corrective direction.
• Drive adoption of best practices in risk management, testing, and performance measurement.

Solutions Engineer

• Lead the design and configuration of Basware / Esker AP Automation, P2P, and related modules.
• Define a solution architecture that aligns with client’s business requirements and Extropy delivery standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to configure integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
• Provide guidance and best practices for invoice automation, procurement, and supplier management.
• Conduct solution design workshops with client stakeholders.
• Support UAT, training, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide scalable solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Basware solutions within the project team.

Solution Architect – Mid-Level

• Support the setup, configuration, and documentation of Basware / Esker modules and related financial automation tools.
