• Act as a trusted advisor on process optimization, configuration strategy, and platform capability.
• Own value realization on accounts: initiate improvements beyond the stated scope that move real client KPIs.
• Support project scoping, change request evaluation, and effort estimation for enhancements.
• Influence customer decision-making and manage expectations with confidence and composure.
• Represent the firm externally in workshops, executive reviews, webinars, and partner conversations.
• Help redefine how product implementation works in the AI era.
• Use AI agents and internal AI tooling as a core part of daily delivery.
• Lead end-to-end solution configuration strategy and deployment planning for P2P, O2C, and finance automation projects.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex or critical incidents across client environments.
• Mentor and coach consultants on advanced configuration, issue resolution, and client skills.
