Billing Specialist

• Prepare and issue invoices in line with contractual terms
• Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
• Support dispute handling by providing invoice details and corrections, issuing credit notes
• Assist with reconciliations between billing systems and AR ledgers
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
• Maintain proper documentation of processes and updates
• Act as a contributor in finance system projects involving AR (e.g. system upgrades, workflow enhancements, automation).
• Support the rollout, testing, and stabilization of new tools, technologies, and processes impacting AR.
• Collaborate with AR, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve billing issues
• Partner with O2C Leadership to enhance AR performance in each market.
• Respond to internal and external billing-related queries in a timely manner
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
• Support month-end activities (billing cut-off, accruals, reconciliations)

IT Support

• Covering the IT support queue, working from a service desk to assist our internal user base with any IT issues. Onsite & remote users
• Managing the various M365 admin centres Sharepoint/Intune/OneDrive/Exchange
• Supporting/Maintaining the various collaboration tools in meeting rooms, Logitech Tap, polystudios
• Responsible for the monitoring/maintenance/security of all endpoints
• Test and apply new software/maintenance patches
• Experience supporting a large enterprise in a fast paced environment

Senior Regional Controller

Accountant

• **Role Summary **
• In this role, you will be responsible for a combination of supplier account creation and maintenance, supplier invoice processing, payment preparation, execution and reconciliation for our subsidiaries. We are looking for a result driven individual with a passion to be part of a growing fast paced international finance team. This role requires a hands-on approach with considerable emphasis on organization and diligence and relationship building, and the ability to follow processes and an outstanding ability to cooperate with partners/suppliers. The specialist must be able to manage multi ledgers and keep key stakeholders informed of progress and queries.
• **Key Responsibilities**
• - Compiling and processing supplier invoices, including regular cost analysis & reporting
• - Collecting approval of supplier invoices from relevant approver
• - Ensuring that coding of supplier invoices and expenses is maintained to a high standard
• - Checking statements received from suppliers, identifying invoices that are overdue and/or not received and any payments that have not been allocated by the suppliers
• - Management of supplier queries, handling phone queries as and when required
• - Management of supplier payments as per the schedule
• - Regular reconciliation of bank accounts

• You’ll help ensure day-to-day HR processes run accurately and efficiently, including employee data management, contracts and HR documentation, maintaining HR systems and personnel records, and supporting payroll processes.
• You’ll contribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, interview coordination, background checks, and onboarding, while partnering with hiring managers to ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the process.
• You’ll provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, support employee relations matters, and help foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.
• You’ll assist with performance management and work with the Corporate Learning & Development team to support global learning initiatives. You’ll also help identify local development needs and oversee employee development plans.
