• - Provide hands-on IT support for employees, including computer setup, software installation, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• - Support employee onboarding by preparing laptops, accounts, and conference room introductions.
• - Manage conference room systems to ensure seamless video conferencing and meeting technology experiences.
• - Create new employee badges, manage the badging system, and serve as point of contact for access control for all NYC employees.
• - Keep IT equipment organized and maintain accurate inventory of laptops, peripherals, and other devices.
• - Oversee vendor delivery scheduling and management through the building’s vendor portal; ensure Certificates of Insurance (COIs) remain current.
• - Assist when needed in general office operations: keeping the kitchen stocked, equipment functioning, assisting with events and larger meetings, and collaborating with the Executive Assistants to keep the office running smoothly at all times.

IT & Office Operations Assistant

Manager

• Lead and own the full end-to-end program execution of business-critical learning & development initiatives, including learning needs analysis, development, implementation, and measurement
• Create and implement effective learning programs of varying size and complexity in a hybrid work environment; direct, organize and manage program activities at all levels
• Build a strategic roadmap and implementation plan for learning & development initiatives tied to organizational strategy & topline business priorities
• Design and pilot blended learning curriculum for a manager development program across global regions

Senior Manager, Learning and Development

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Deliver financial and commercial insights to support strategic and operational initiatives
• Provide thought leadership on pricing strategy, client contract analysis, revenue streams from talent and rights management, and resource allocation
• Develop ROI and margin analyses to support platform growth, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
• Lead the financial planning process across commercial operations, including budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning
• Deliver actionable financial reporting, including revenue/margin analysis, variance reporting, and KPI dashboards tailored to entertainment payments and rights monetization
• Identify business trends and risks, and partner with leadership to proactively develop course-corrective strategies
• Drive working capital performance by owning the finance lens on debtors and cash collection; act as key contact for overdue accounts and escalation point for resolution
• Oversee and manage unbilled revenue issues, particularly related to talent payments and royalties; identify root causes and resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure intercompany revenue between business units and related entities is accurately recorded and reconciled
• Drive financial process improvements across commercial operations to increase efficiency, transparency, and accuracy
• Act as a cross-functional leader and liaison across Controllership, FP&A, Sales Ops, and Operational Finance to ensure alignment and transparency
• Serve as a critical integrator and translator between commercial teams and central finance
• Represent Finance as a key stakeholder in commercial pipeline meetings, client escalations, and operational reviews

AR Analyst – Billing

• The Director of Treasury Operations will oversee all aspects of treasury management, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking relationships, and risk mitigation. This role will be instrumental in supporting the company’s growth by ensuring robust treasury processes, compliance, and operational excellence.
• This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on finance professional with experience in private equity-backed organizations, a deep understanding of treasury operations, and a strong grasp of adtech business dynamics.
• Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting to ensure optimal working capital and funding availability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, credit providers, and financial institutions.
• Oversee daily cash positioning and ensure appropriate investment of excess cash balances.
• Manage XR’s corporate insurance program which includes supervising our self-insured works compensation policy
• Manage and optimize corporate banking arrangements, treasury systems, and payment platforms.
• Monitor and mitigate financial risks including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Corporate Finance teams to align treasury activities with financial planning and reporting.
• Support debt management activities, including covenant compliance, debt issuance, and refinancing processes.
• Lead treasury technology implementations and process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Provide treasury insights and reporting to senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.
• Manage and develop the treasury team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
