People & Culture Generalist
Extreme ReachHR professional delivering people initiatives and supporting the employee experience at Extreme Reach. Ensuring HR operations run efficiently while contributing to employee engagement and compliance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You’ll help ensure day-to-day HR processes run accurately and efficiently, including employee data management, contracts and HR documentation, maintaining HR systems and personnel records, and supporting payroll processes.
- You’ll contribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, interview coordination, background checks, and onboarding, while partnering with hiring managers to ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the process.
- You’ll provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, support employee relations matters, and help foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.
- You’ll assist with performance management and work with the Corporate Learning & Development team to support global learning initiatives. You’ll also help identify local development needs and oversee employee development plans.
- You’ll help ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, support the development and rollout of HR processes, and update employee manuals and handbooks. You’ll also contribute to broader HR projects related to engagement, culture, diversity and inclusion, and process improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role in an English-language work environment.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and payroll processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high standard of internal and external customer service.
- A professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using office software tools.
