About the role

Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and a sales representative
Research, identify, and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts
Perform high-volume outreach, maintaining a high level of productivity through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients or candidates.
Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts
Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
Maintain high professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients
Track activity and progress through Salesforce (or your CRM)

Has experience in Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B set-up
Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach
Experience with Salesforce (or your CRM) (application asks "Have you used Salesforce before?")
Remote night shift availability
DESKTOP / LAPTOP INFORMATION: Use your work computer; OS Requirement: Windows 11 or macOS 15
Must complete SPEED TEST and provide download and upload speeds
