About the role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including managing hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Go To Market, to identify and address internal and customer-facing IT and information security needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
  • Execute IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and security, implementing measures to safeguard against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven, progressive experience in IT, as a Specialist or other similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple MacBooks and macOS.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Intercom, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in MDM, SSO, and VPN.
  • Strong experience with the employee life cycle to ensure best-in-class onboarding and offboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Impeccable problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
