About the role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including managing hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Go To Market, to identify and address internal and customer-facing IT and information security needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Execute IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems as needed.
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing measures to safeguard against threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven, progressive experience in IT, as a Specialist or other similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of Apple MacBooks and macOS.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Intercom, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in MDM, SSO, and VPN.
- Strong experience with the employee life cycle to ensure best-in-class onboarding and offboarding.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Impeccable problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
