About the role
- Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to warm leads.
- Engage prospective clients in consultative conversations to understand their needs.
- Persuade and assist leads to complete their business registration.
- Accurately document call outcomes and maintain lead data in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance targets.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve lead conversion strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ year of outbound sales experience (preferably in B2B or service-based sales).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- OS Requirement: Windows 11 Pro or macOS 15 (must use work computer).
- Minimum internet speed requirement: at least 50MBPS (provide Speedtest link).
- Voice recording submission required (Vocaroo) describing work experience, home work environment, and why you want to work from home.
