Salary
💰 $45 - $55 per hour
About the role
- Provide 40–45 therapy sessions weekly, each approximately 30 minutes
- Deliver individualized physical therapy for students across K–12
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance
- Participate in team meetings and support a culture of inclusion and accessibility
- Work on-site from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM daily
- Provide on-site therapy services during a 4–6 month leave coverage
Requirements
- Current state Physical Therapist license
- Experience providing pediatric or school-based physical therapy
- Strong understanding of therapy approaches for students with physical disabilities
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload and adapt treatment to varied needs
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment
- Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary school-based team
