About the role
- Design and document thoughtful, high-performance interiors across all project phases
- Develop and craft space plans, FF&E concepts, and detailing aligned with client goals
- Collaborate closely with the design team, consultants, and vendors to ensure project execution
- Translate strategy, brand, and culture into compelling spatial solutions
- Convey design intent through clear visual storytelling using Revit and rendering tools
- Participate in design control and documentation in design development, construction document, and supervision phases
- Support project budgeting, value engineering, and material selection
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Interior Design or Architecture
- Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Experience in medium to large-scale projects
- Strong background in workplace interiors and planning (preferred)
- Expertise in Revit
- Proficiency in 3D rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or Rhino
- Strong space planning skills and knowledge of systems, furniture, and workplace standards
- Familiarity with sustainable design frameworks such as LEED, WELL, and Fitwel
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam (preferred)
- Creative problem solver with excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
