About the role
- Collaborate with global and regional leadership to create annual business development strategy
- Lead the communication and execution of business strategies across the US
- Set business development targets alongside Practice Group Managers
- Lead client capture plans and pre-marketing initiatives to secure projects
- Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Drive proposal development and interview preparation for RFQs and RFPs
- Implement global and national growth strategies to expand the practice
- Mentor future leaders within the organization
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture with a professional registration
- Minimum 15+ years of light industrial architecture experience
- Extensive knowledge of the data center and mission critical projects
- Proven business development capabilities in key US markets
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple project pursuits simultaneously
- Knowledge of sustainability principles, including LEED accreditation
