About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Middle Market Account Executives responsible for prospecting, closing new business, and expanding existing client relationships
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure team success
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Analyze sales metrics and pipeline data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, membership, customer success) to optimize the sales process and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in sales management or leadership role
  • Proven success leading and coaching inside sales teams in Financial Services, Fintech, SaaS, or a related industry
  • Drive sales strategy, set and achieve team quotas, and deliver consistent revenue growth
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using sales analytics and CRM tools
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
