Lead, coach, and develop a team of Middle Market Account Executives responsible for prospecting, closing new business, and expanding existing client relationships
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure team success
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
Analyze sales metrics and pipeline data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure targets are met or exceeded
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, membership, customer success) to optimize the sales process and deliver exceptional client experiences
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in sales management or leadership role
Proven success leading and coaching inside sales teams in Financial Services, Fintech, SaaS, or a related industry
Drive sales strategy, set and achieve team quotas, and deliver consistent revenue growth
Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using sales analytics and CRM tools
Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
