About the role

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools
  • Build and integrate AI/ML models using Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning)
  • Develop scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise IT and data governance standards
  • Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems
  • Manage projects through the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Manage projects collaboratively with a team using an agile project management platform
  • Document solutions, processes, and workflows to ensure maintainability and handoff readiness
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption
  • Create user education materials, training sessions, and feedback loops to support change management
  • Act as a trusted advisor for business units and provide input into the broader AI data strategy and roadmap
  • Work closely with IT, data governance, and security teams to ensure compliance with firmwide standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in solution development within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure AI/ML services (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning)
  • Strong understanding of data integration with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, sprints and rollout
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub), including branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews
  • Familiarity with agile development concepts, workflows and platforms
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for driving adoption across diverse user groups
  • Preferred: Experience developing and managing Microsoft Graph Connectors for custom data integration
  • Preferred: Experience developing full stack web apps
  • Preferred: Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages for automation and integration
  • Preferred: Experience in professional services, AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), or similar industries
  • Preferred: Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI practices
