About the role
- Design, build, and optimize SSIS, ADF, and Power BI reporting
- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
- Integrate data from various sources including Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems
- Contribute to data architecture, governance, and best practices
- Explore new features and capabilities within the Microsoft data ecosystem to improve solutions
- Collaborate as part of a senior-level, fully remote engineering team on client projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in SQL SSIS development
- Experience with Power BI report data modeling, DAX, and visualization
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes
- Hands-on experience with SSIS, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Dataflows Gen2
- Experience with Data Factory and Synapse Pipelines
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Dataverse, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team
- Growth mindset; embrace change and seek feedback
- Experience in consulting or fast-paced environments is a plus
- Bonus skills: Power Platform familiarity, Python, Git, ALM practices
