About the role
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with integrators in your region and support them in achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and drive the performance of the installed base of Exotec products and identify and resolve key issues impacting integrator operations
- Develop a deep understanding of integrators’ goals, challenges, and operational contexts and support evaluation and onboarding of new integrators
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service quality and integrator effectiveness and lead regular operational reviews with integrators and internal teams
- Manage integrator contracts, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and business commitments, and support integrators in meeting compliance standards and operational benchmarks
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, ideally within technology or robotics integration
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Strong understanding of complex technological ecosystems and integration processes
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Skilled negotiator with a history of achieving win-win outcomes
