  • Design and deliver a customer-first lifecycle strategy that increases engagement, amplifies customer value, and drives long-term advocacy
  • Develop and launch a differentiated loyalty program and manage/scale the referral program
  • Evolve the subscription experience to deliver value at every stage
  • Lead segmentation, personalisation, and cross-channel campaign strategy using first-party and behavioural data
  • Develop insight-led, data-informed lifecycle programs with defined key results and performance tracking
  • Plan, organise, and oversee delivery of complex lifecycle marketing initiatives from discovery to launch
  • Facilitate cooperation between creative, product, and data teams to deliver targeted, high-performing campaigns
  • Increase effectiveness of automated flows to improve efficiency and customer loyalty
  • Launch loyalty offers and exclusives that drive customer value
  • Adjust priorities in response to changing business needs or market conditions

Requirements

  • Expert in lifecycle and email marketing
  • Experience overseeing full lifecycle communications from onboarding to win-back
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimisation methodologies
  • Experience leading segmentation, personalisation, and cross-channel campaign strategy using first-party and behavioural data
  • Experience developing and launching loyalty programs and managing referral programs
  • Experience evolving subscription experiences to deliver value
  • Ability to prioritise work tied to key outcomes (retention, lifetime value)
  • Ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills (creative, product, data teams)
