About the role

  • Onboard new enterprise customers to the SaaS solution and lead setup and integration projects
  • Support customers with support requests and help them get the most use out of the product
  • Build strong customer relationships throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to deliver on time, quality and budget
  • Revise onboarding material and integration process
  • Gather feedback and identify customer needs for continuous product improvement
  • Support business development with industry partners (e.g., SAP, bpc, Theben)
  • Adapt to evolving sales strategies and incorporate feedback for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Computer Science or related fields, or relevant professional experience
  • Good understanding of diverse customer and stakeholder personas
  • Experience with ERP systems and software integration projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and work with new software tools
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or support roles in the software industry
  • Ability to set and communicate priorities, complete tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Interest in digitalization and sustainability; basic knowledge of renewable energies is a plus
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus
  • Team player comfortable in a dynamic startup environment
