About the role
- Drive high customer retention and renewal rates by managing renewal pipeline
- Work closely with account teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with Key Accounts
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand workflows

Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
- Strong pipeline management skills
- Proven track record of building strong relationships
- Proven experience in relationship management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- General understanding of digital marketing technologies
- Experience with upselling customers and generating qualified leads
