Lead upstream product planning efforts for Exact Sciences’ single organ cancer screening portfolio
Shape the future product pipeline and translate market insights into actionable product development and commercialization plans
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across Research & Development (R&D), Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Product, and Market Access teams
Build long-term product roadmaps and commercialization strategies
Lead market research initiatives to gather and synthesize internal and external Voice of Customer (VOC)
Serve as a strategic liaison between product strategy, product management and cross-functional teams
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and external partners
Effectively manage, support, and guide your team
Requirements
Master’s Degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field
10+ years of experience in product strategy, upstream marketing, or product management within healthcare or diagnostics industries
5+ years of experience leading people and/or projects
Proven success leading cross-functional teams
Proven success developing product strategies from concept to launch
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
