About the role
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as primary technical contact for clients
- Lead communication between internal teams (product, engineering, design) and clients
- Oversee successful execution and delivery of technical projects
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored technical solutions

Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or a related client-facing role
- Proficient understanding of technical project delivery and experience working directly with software development teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide insights to improve client outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously with a client-first approach
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack or equivalent, alongside CRM systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain adaptable to changing priorities
- Bonus: Technical background or experience in the software industry is a plus
