Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of the tech market, including current industry trends and required skill sets.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
- Ability to creatively source candidates using various platforms and strategies.
- Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job openings effectively.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices.
